Miller Place High School recently announced the top graduating student for the 2016-2017 academic year. William Sussman achieved the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) of the 2017 graduating class with a weighted average of 101.40. Sussman is a National Merit Scholar, an Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar with Honor, the Future Business Leaders of America CEO and president, the Mathletes team captain and a member of the National Honor Society and the Foreign Language National Honor Society. Sussman plans to attend Yale University after graduation to study electrical engineering.
